SHIPPING INFORMATION
Because
we must custom create these products, shipments may take up to 2 weeks
from receipt of payment to shipping. However, we do our best to
shorten that time and often ship within one week or less.
Shipments
within the Unites States are sent after payment is received and (in the
case of checks) cleared by the bank. Items are sent by USPS
priority
mail with delivery confirmation and usually arrive within 1 to 3 days
of the day of shipment. Our bill system will automatically charge
you $6.00
for the shipping cost of each shipment and that charge will show on
your final billing summary before you send payment. Multiple items
ordered and shipped together will be billed for only one delivery
cost. We do not endeavor to
make money off your shipping
charges. In addition, products delivered within the state of
California will, by law, be charged sales tax which will also show on
your final billing summary. Deliveries in other states will NOT
be charged sales tax.

RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is always our goal and so we do everything we can
to create an exciting and beautiful quality product for your pet. Please
contact us immediately if you are unhappy with your shipment for any
reason. We will refund the retail price of any item returned to
us within 2 weeks in good condition. However, we cannot accept
refunds of items returned in a worn or heavily used state. Our
products are partially decorative in nature and stone and leather are
prone to scratches and dings under rough useage. The customer is
responsible for determining and maintaining the safe useage of our
products.
Pets who are more active or rough or live in a
cluttered environment may need supervision when using our products in
order to prevent damage to the product or danger to the pet. Any
collar or leash of any type can present a potential snagging hazard in
some environments. Therefore, the customer is fully responsible
for determining and maintaining a safe environment and safe useage of our products for
